  • POLE L 1 + Certificate Class

    The Mojo Technique offers a comprehensive program for those who just want to learn on a casual drop in basis or for peeps looking to go that next step further to achieve their L1 Pole dance certificate and become a certified Cirqfit instructor. Our class covers all L1 skills and requirements, allowing you to work at your own pace towards certification. Located in Union City, O in the East Bay, our studio provides a professional and supportive environment for you to hone your skills. Join The Mojo Technique to take your pole and aerial fitness journey to the next level. What Makes This Class So Awesome? * Taking the class back to basics and allowing people to work at their own pace. * This class teaches you how to gain strength, flexibility, fluidity and confidence. * While climbing, inverting, rolling and turning every which way on this apparatus you will discover your center of gravity in many different poses. * We have a strict safety guidelines manual which ensures all our students are working in the safest environment. * You will become more badass one pole class at a time! Muscles Targeted & Results Expected * Primary muscles worked in pole: lats, biceps, traps, forearms, shoulders, complete abs, hamstrings and feet. * Results Expected: rapidly increased upper body and abdominal strength. Tightening and toning of the upper body and abdominals. Increased flexibility, muscle extension, joint mobility and increased confidence. Class Essentials * Class will be paired up with 1-2 people per Pole. * We provide options for all students, our teachers are all trained to go around the room make appropriate regressions/progressions for the movements and technical elements * Our teachers will provide spots for all tricks/transitions when a student is performing the skill for the first time and continue to do so until they are proficient enough to perform without a spot. * Our teachers DO NOT allow students to start working other moves that are not in that day's planned course work unless teachers offered those moves as a progression. Precaution, When students start going "rogue" is when injuries may happen. (The risk of injury is higher with aerial work so we have to be extra safe)

  • AERIAL CONDITIONING/DANCE

    Experience the transformative power of Aerial conditioning/dance, where strength and grace come together in a harmonious blend of yoga, , and empowered movement. Discover a deeper connection to your body as you explore your true authenticity and potential. Get ready to have fun , unlock your vulnerabilities, and learn something new and beautiful about your body.. The fabric is at the hip heaight of the student in this class. Please do not wear any jewellry or body lotion on your body 24hrs before your pole or aerial class. Bring a water bottle with you so you can refil at our water station.

  • Pole and Dance L1 & 2

    This exciting Pole Fitness Class combines the excitement of aerial acrobatics with the strength and grace of aerial dance. Learn a variety of aerial dance and movements and that will be put into a choreographed masterpiece at the end of class. Booty shorts are recommended for this ALL level full body workout. What Makes This Class So Awesome? * Taking Aerial Arts into the classroom! * This class teaches you how to gain strength, flexibility, fluidity and confidence. * While climbing, inverting, rolling and turning every which way on this apparatus you will discover your center of gravity in many different poses. * With the choreography that you will learn, you will leave class feeling like you can soar though the stars. * You will become more badass one pole class at a time!
